Deeply rooted in the community feel that only CrossFit can offer, our Spring competition is quickly becoming the premier “Teams-only” spectacle in the area. This event offers an opportunity for athletes of all skill levels (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced) to compete in a multi-day environment on same-sex teams of 4 as the “build up” (crescendo) to the Semifinals and Games part of the season. In all three iterations of Crescendo, we have had at least 300 competitors, and we look forward to growing the event from year to year.
